This is a fantastic vintage Harp tap handle. This tap handle is a lucite/acrylic tap handle that has a slimmer base portion and a wider area at the top with the logo and branding.
This particular design incorporates the harp and medals in the design and uses a light blue and orange color scheme with black accents.
